Job Description

Logistics operations specialist with import and export experience.

Manage the order creation, processing, amendments and ensure timely and accurate execution.

Oversee end-to-end shipping documentation and ensure accurate, timely and document management.

Coordinate and manage communications with internal teams, customers and other stakeholders.

Validate, reconcile, and process supplier invoices, ensuring timely submission to the Finance Department.

Monitor freight and insurance billing, investigate discrepancies, and prepare accurate monthly management reports.

Manage and optimize RPA, AI, and automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive continuous process improvements

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Possess the following skills:

a. Teamwork

b. Communication skills

c. Time management and accuracy

d. Problem solving

e. Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)

f. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)

Possess the following personality traits:

a. Self-motivated

b. Determined

c. Passionate about Logistics

Must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel.
