- Good understanding of social media platforms and current digital trends.
- A creative thinker who is curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Organised, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe, AI tools, or other creative/digital tools is a plus.

Tanggungjawab
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for various clients and projects.
- Support social media content planning, research, and trend spotting.
- Assist with creating marketing content, captions, presentations, and campaign materials.
- Conduct market, competitor, audience, and trend research to support creative ideas.
- Help coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, events, and client projects.
- Monitor social media and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing simple reports or presentations.
- Brainstorm creative ideas and contribute to team discussions.
- Support the team with other marketing and creative tasks when needed.
