Our client, an established investment firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Singapore office. This is a broad-based role suited to someone who thrives in a lean, fast-paced and highly professional environment.

Responsibilities

You will provide dedicated administrative support to members of the Investment team, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management and general executive support. As part of a collaborative EA team, you will also contribute to the smooth running of the office, covering facilities coordination, vendors, supplies, visitors and other day-to-day operational matters. The role will additionally support basic IT administration, including new joiner setups, IT asset tracking, vendor coordination and first-line troubleshooting of common office technology issues.

Requirements

You should have at least 4 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within private equity, investments, financial services, professional services or a fast-paced professional environment. The client is also open to explore outside of the aforementioned industries. You will be highly organised, resourceful and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion. A collaborative mindset, good judgement and confidence working independently are essential.
