Clinic Assistant

Klinik Alfa 24 Jam is looking for a responsible, friendly and hardworking Clinic Assistant to join our team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.

• Able to work shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, responsible and patient when dealing with patients.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Basic computer skills.

• Able to handle a fast-paced working environment.

• Willing to learn and follow clinic procedures and instructions.

• Able to maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper organization of the clinic.

• Good attendance and punctuality.

• Register and assist patients at the reception counter.

• Manage appointments, patient records and basic administrative tasks.

• Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and procedures.

• Prepare consultation rooms and medical equipment.

• Take and record basic patient information as required.

• Handle payments and basic cashier duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.

• Monitor and replenish medical and clinic supplies.

• Provide friendly and professional service to patients.

Working Hours: Shift-based, 24 hours
Location: Klinik Alfa 24 Jam
