ServAuto is a Malaysian automotive aftermarket platform combining TikTok-led e-commerce with physical service delivery across 170+ owned and partner outlets in Peninsular Malaysia. We sell engine oil, filters, dashcams and car-care products online, fulfilled through our nationwide network.

About the Role We are building our TikTok Shop affiliate channel into a major sales engine alongside our existing live-commerce business. As Affiliate Manager, you will own the affiliate channel end-toend — recruiting creators at scale, structuring commissions, driving products to breakout sales, and building the systems that let the channel grow efficiently. You will lead one Affiliate Operations Executive and are directly accountable for affiliate-driven net GMV.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Marketplace operations — set up and optimise Open Plans, Targeted Plans and shop commissions across our product range; structure listings and rates so creators choose our products over competitors'.
• Creator recruitment & activation — drive large-scale creator outreach via TikTok's Creator Marketplace; own the full funnel from recruitment to first sale to repeat seller, with activation rate as the primary measure of success.
• Product selection & commission strategy — decide which SKUs to promote, when, and at what commission, optimising for net contribution margin rather than gross GMV.
• Breakout-product development — identify high-performing creator content early and concentrate resources (commission, targeted invitations, paid amplification with the marketing team) to scale winning products, then convert each win into a repeatable playbook.
• Systems & reporting — codify a commission framework, creator tier system, onboarding SOP, performance dashboard and clean GMV-attribution rules.
• Creator supply & cost efficiency — once the conversion model is proven, build a lightweight content-training pathway to onboard nano and emerging creators at lower cost-per-GMV.
• Team leadership — set targets and workflow for the Affiliate Operations Executive who runs daily recruitment and backend operations.
