The role is primarily focused on marketing and brand development, with the goal of increasing engagement, conversion and sales. The candidate should be creative, proactive, interested in skincare, and able to understand consumer behaviour and turn market insights into campaigns and marketing ideas. Multimedia design is included as a backup/supporting responsibility, not the main role.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome.

• Suitable backgrounds include Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Business, E-commerce and related fields. The candidate should understand basic marketing, consumer behaviour, e-commerce and digital platforms, and must have basic design skills.

• A genuine interest in skincare and beauty is important. The candidate should enjoy exploring products, ingredients, trends and consumer needs and be willing to learn about professional skincare and treatments.

• Website skills such as Shopify, WordPress, SEO, analytics, quiz builders, HTML/CSS, JavaScript and AI tools are advantages but not compulsory. Coding is a bonus, not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute weekly/monthly campaigns, including launches, festive campaigns, skincare concerns, bundles and marketplace promotions.

• Conduct consumer, competitor and market research across TikTok, Instagram, RedNote, Shopee, Lazada and skincare websites.

• Develop B2C marketing strategies to improve product discovery, customer engagement, conversion and repeat purchases.

• Handle B2B/dealer marketing, including campaigns and resources for spas, salons, aestheticians and dealers, plus helping develop a professional resource platform similar to PevoniaPro.

• Improve website marketing and customer experience, including landing pages, product finders, skin quizzes, customer journeys, calls-to-action and conversion-focused improvements.

• Manage e-commerce and digital marketing across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, websites and social media, while monitoring sales, traffic, conversion, AOV and product performance.

• Develop social content ideas, campaign themes, captions and educational skincare content.

• Prepare basic marketing reports and recommend actions based on performance data.

• Act as a backup multimedia/graphic designer for social media, websites, marketplaces, posters, dealer materials and campaign collateral.
