Urban Healthcare Group is seeking a commercial, entrepreneurial, and execution-driven CEO to lead the growth and expansion of its healthcare businesses. This is a high-impact, build-and-scale leadership role focused on driving revenue, scaling operations, and shaping the future of our healthcare ecosystem.

Key Priorities & Core Responsibilities

1. Grow Revenue

• Drive top-line revenue growth, profitability, aggressive customer acquisition, and high repeat business across both existing and new healthcare ventures.
• Optimize pricing strategies, service mix, and commercial yield across all clinical operations.

2. Expand the Business

• Identify and execute high-potential opportunities for new clinics, strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and innovative healthcare ventures.
• Build highly scalable operational models capable of rapid and sustainable regional growth.

3. Drive Operational Excellence

• Establish clear, rigorous KPIs to monitor performance, improve productivity, maximize facility utilization, and enforce strict cost efficiency.
• Elevate overall customer experience and take decisive, prompt action on underperforming business units.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Medicine, Veterinary Science, or a related discipline. An MBA, DBA, or professional executive leadership qualification is a distinct advantage.
• Experience:
• At least 15 to 20 years of executive leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 to 8 years in a CEO, Managing Director, or COO role.
• Demonstrated background managing multi-site healthcare, clinical chains, wellness groups, or hospitality/retail networks with decentralized operations.
• Industry Familiarity: Deep appreciation or direct operational exposure across at least two of the portfolio segments (Veterinary medicine, Dental/Aesthetics, or TCM).
• Commercial Acumen: Strong track record in corporate finance, M&A execution, stakeholder management, and scalable business development.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, crisis management, cross-cultural communication, and visionary leadership capabilities.
