Job Responsibilities:

• To monitor production output to ensure operations remain at an optimal level.
• Supervise daily production activities and oversee subordinates to ensure compliance with safety procedures and workplace ethics.
• Plan and assign tasks effectively to team members.
• To ensure the factory environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Report any factory-related issues promptly to the relevant departments.
• To monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline of subordinates.
• To demonstrate discipline and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned when required.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a relevant Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the food processing industry.
• Good attitude, trustworthy, hardworking, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willing to work shifts when required.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.
• Must be willing to work in Sungai Lalang, Kedah.
