Kerja Sepenuh Masa SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR (YELLOW BOOK), Gaji tinggi MYR 3,500 di Nurakleen Services Johor - Maukerja

-Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and safety regulations at the project site.

-Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

-Monitor work activities to ensure compliance with safe work practices and permit-to-work requirements.

-Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and safety inductions for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.

Ensure all personnel use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

-Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

-Prepare incident investigation reports and maintain HSE records.

-Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for project activities.

-Monitor high-risk work activities, including work at height, lifting operations, confined space entry, excavation, hot work, and electrical work.

-Ensure emergency response procedures, fire protection equipment, and first aid facilities are available and functional.

-Coordinate emergency drills and participate in emergency response activities.

-Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements.

-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.

-Participate in internal and external HSE audits and inspections.

-Ensure safety signage, barricades, and warning systems are properly installed and maintained.

-Promote a positive safety culture through continuous communication and employee engagement.

-Perform other HSE-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• SAFETY & HEALTH: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• English (Required)

License/Certification:

• CERTIFICATION OGSP (Required)
• OSH COORDINATOR (Required)
• YELLOW BOOK (Required)
