Job Description:

· Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within schedule

· Coordinate with Architectural and Structural team to ensure final design is aligned with Architect’s design intent

· Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

· Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples

· Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team

· Attend progress/site/MEP meeting

Job Requirement:

· Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification

· Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with code of practice

· Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Willing to learn and work under pressure

· Team player with good working attitude

· Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
