Sales & Tender Coordinator

EINC Pte Ltd is looking for an organized and responsible Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in preparing quotations, tenders and product submissions.

Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for customers

• Prepare and submit tender documents

• Prepare product specification sheets and catalogues

• Request prices and information from suppliers

• Update and revise quotations when required

• Keep track of quotation and tender deadlines

• Maintain proper project and quotation records

• Coordinate with the sales, design and project teams

• Provide general sales and administrative support

Requirements

• Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication skills

• Willing to learn

• Experience in lighting, electrical, construction or interior industry is an advantage, but not required

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Training will be provided on our products, quotation process and basic drawing reading.
