You'll take the lead on Recruitment, People & Culture, Employee Engagement and Performance, while gradually gaining exposure to Employer Branding and more strategic HR initiatives.

What You'll Own

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviews to offers and onboarding
• Drive employee engagement & culture-building initiatives
• Coordinate employee benefits, welfare and key HR matters
• Manage performance reviews & KPI tracking with department heads
• Support Employer Branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Improve HR processes and employee experience as the organisation grows

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience preferred
• Exposure to employee engagement, benefits and performance management
• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, Management or related field
• Strong communication and people skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership
• Employer Branding or recruitment marketing experience is a plus
