Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience in handling full set accounts and month-end closing.

Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

Able to work independently with good attention to detail.

Good command of English and Mandarin, written and spoken.

ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.

Manage monthly financial closing, including journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting.

Review and improve accounting procedures and finance processes.

Maintain accurate general ledger, chart of accounts and financial records.

Prepare financial reports, account analysis and budget variance analysis.

Work closely with management and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Ensure accounting procedures and company policies are properly followed.

Support finance improvement projects and provide guidance to junior accounting staff when required.

Liaise with external auditors and tax agents when necessary.
