Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital filing systems.

  • A team player with a proactive and learning mindset.

Tanggungjawab

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide administrative support to audit, accounting, and tax teams, including attestation, compiling reports, and preparing bank confirmations.

  • Assist in preparing and submitting MBRS filings accurately and on time.

  • Draft and send client reminders on timelines, document submissions, and statutory deadlines.

  • Manage client documents (physical and digital) with proper tracking, filing, and monitoring.

  • Support the onboarding of new clients for smooth transition and setup.

  • Assist managers with ad-hoc tasks and special projects.
