Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to work alongside our advisory teams and business leaders to drive growth, develop new opportunities, and strengthen the way we engage our market.

You will work closely with our consultants and leadership team to help turn ideas, opportunities and connections into actual business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Involved in the commercial side of our business:

• Identifying new business opportunities, markets and potential partnerships
• Supporting consultants in developing prospecting and client acquisition strategies
• Planning outreach initiatives, campaigns and business development activities
• Building relationships with potential partners, communities and business networks
• Creating opportunities for consultants to connect with new market segments
• Supporting events, workshops, seminars and engagement initiatives
• Working with consultants to improve lead engagement and follow-up strategies
• Tracking business opportunities and identifying areas for growth
• Collaborating with management on new initiatives and expansion plans
• Turning business ideas into structured, executable action plans

Critieria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Partnerships or a related commercial role
• Proven ability to build business relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to business growth
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand market needs, business opportunities and potential growth areas
• Experience in developing strategic partnerships, collaborations, new markets or business initiatives
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Resourceful and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of initiatives from idea through execution
• Able to analyse market trends, customer segments and opportunities to support business development strategies
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating closely with Financial Consultants to support their business development and market expansion
• Results-oriented, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Foreign manpower quota has been fully utilised.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,449.04 per month
