● Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent 

● At least 1–2 years of retail experience; supervisory experience preferred

● Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English 

● Good leadership and team management skills

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude

● Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently

● Basic knowledge of cash handling, reporting, and store operations

● Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

● Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively

● Attention to detail, especially in merchandising and store cleanliness

● Assist the Store in Charge in overseeing overall outlet operations

● Handle daily store tasks, including cash handling, daily reports, and promotions

● Supervise staff, including attendance tracking, briefings, and follow-ups

● Deliver excellent customer service and build strong rapport with customers

● Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth

● Ensure cash handling is accurate and in accordance with set procedures, and maintain proper operational records

● Actively promote products and ongoing promotions to customers

● Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

● Assist in all aspects of outlet operations, especially display, merchandising, and cleanliness
