Requirement:
Singaporean
8am – 5.30pm
5.5-day week or alternate Saturday full day
Workplace at Calshot Road, near Selarang Drug Rehabilitation Centre in the Changi-Pasir Ris region
Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Facilities Management (FM)
Strong technical skills (Electrical, ACMV,M&E)
Assist IFM Manager as assigned
Plan duty roster
Oversee technicians in Facilities Management(FM)
Comply with control measures identified in risk assessments
Ensure timely execution of requests, activities and tasks related to Hard and Soft FM services
Liaise and co-ordinate with sub-contractors/vendors to ensure that works/services are completed on time.
Support and sustain client’s Facilities and Energy programmes
Preferably has bizSAFE Level 2 or higher
Proficient in MS Office tools
Valid LEW certification will have added advantage
