The clinic focuses on memory assessments and dementia diagnosis, as well as preventive care such as vaccinations and health screening packages. In addition, Alami Clinic manages chronic diseases, including long-term conditions commonly affecting older adults.

Are you a nurse with hospital experience who is passionate about providing quality care to older adults, both in the clinic and in their own homes?

Alami Clinic is a community-based specialist geriatric clinic providing accessible, personalised and multidisciplinary care. We are looking for a full-time or part-time nurse with strong clinical and procedural nursing skills to join our growing team.

In this role, you will support patient care at our clinic and during home visits. As we care for older patients with complex medical needs, we are particularly interested in nurses who are confident and experienced in performing nursing procedures commonly undertaken in hospital and home care settings.

What You Will Do

• Clinical nursing procedures: Perform procedures such as nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and replacement, urinary catheter insertion and changing, IV cannulation, venepuncture, wound care, suctioning and other nursing procedures within your scope of practice.
• Home-based nursing care: Accompany doctors on home visits and provide nursing support for patients with complex medical and functional needs.
• Clinic nursing duties: Assist doctors during consultations and procedures, perform vital signs monitoring and patient assessments.
• Patient and caregiver education: Provide nursing advice, counselling and practical guidance to patients and their caregivers.
• Clinic operations: Assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, customer service and other administrative duties as needed.
• Undertake other duties according to operational requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate.
• Prior hospital nursing experience is strongly preferred, particularly in medical, geriatric or other settings involving hands-on nursing procedures.
• Competency in NGT insertion, urinary catheterisation and IV cannulation is highly desirable.
• Comfortable providing nursing care in patients' homes.
• Compassionate, resourceful and able to work independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team.
• A genuine interest in geriatric and community-based care.
