Job Description

  • Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Implement and maintain effective financial modelling tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimise revenue and cost efficiencies.
  • Support the leadership team with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting needs.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Head Of FP&A Should Have

  • A strong background in financial planning and analysis within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling and data analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
