• Oversee the daily operations of the F&B outlet to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Manage and supervise staff, including work schedules, attendance, training and performance.

• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service and cleanliness.

• Monitor inventory levels, stock ordering and supplier coordination.

• Manage operational costs, minimise wastage and improve overall productivity.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) regulations, food safety and hygiene requirements.

• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.

• Monitor daily sales, cash handling and operational reports.

• Implement operational procedures to improve service efficiency and business performance.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new employees.

• Work closely with management to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

• Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and outlet facilities.

Job Requirements

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of F&B operations, food safety and hygiene standards.

• Ability to manage staff and handle daily operational challenges.

• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

• Basic knowledge of inventory management, cost control and sales reporting.
