Area Project Sales Manager (Northern Region)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Area Project Sales Manager to lead project sales activities in Northern Malaysia. This role is responsible for growing sales, developing strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and driving business growth within the construction and building materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, distributors, and other customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support before and after sales.
• Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and customer needs to generate new business.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
• Prepare sales forecasts and manage customer accounts effectively.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
• Support collection activities and ensure healthy account management.+

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction, or related industries.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of the construction and renovation market is an advantage.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.
