Job Description & Requirements

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.

• Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and risks.

• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams.

• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

• Monitor business development performance and prepare management reports.

• Mentor and guide junior business development team members.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

• Experience in senior-level client engagement and contract negotiations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
