  • Lead salary benchmarking exercises across the Shared Services and GBS talent market, identifying trends, emerging skills, and talent demand.
  • Participate in compensation surveys and leverage external market intelligence to develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Review and optimize salary structures, incentive frameworks, and reward programs to support attraction and retention of critical talent.

Job Architecture & Organization Design

  • Lead job evaluation, job grading, and job mapping initiatives to maintain a robust and scalable job architecture.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders to ensure consistency in role design, career frameworks, and governance.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives through effective job structuring and rewards solutions.

Workforce Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze workforce, compensation, and market data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop salary budgets, workforce cost projections, and compensation forecasts to support strategic planning.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that provide meaningful insights and support business decision-making.
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and business leaders on compensation, rewards, and market practices.
  • Partner with stakeholders to address workforce challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Present ideas, concepts, and recommendations confidently to senior leadership and management forums.

Governance, Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive consistency, governance, and best practices across compensation and rewards programs.
  • Review and enhance policies, frameworks, and processes to improve effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and strengthen Total Rewards programs through data and market insights.
  • Leverage digital tools and AI-enabled solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, analytics tools) to enhance analysis, reporting, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, Reward Analytics, or related HR specializations.
  • Strong experience within Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), multinational organizations, or regional HR environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in salary benchmarking, market pricing, compensation strategy, job evaluation, and job grading methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder influencing skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
