• Comfortable working behind the camera and guiding others during filming.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Create Engaging Social Media Content

• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Produce short-form videos, Reels, product showcases, educational content, and behind-the-scenes stories.
• Turn complex AI and ERP topics into simple, interesting content that business owners can understand.
• Develop creative hooks, scripts, captions, and visuals that capture attention.

2. Bring SmartB's People & Stories to Life

• Work closely with SmartB's founders, leadership, and team members to create engaging content.
• Conduct short interviews, record conversations, and capture interesting moments around the office.
• Transform leadership insights and industry knowledge into videos and social media posts.
• Showcase our company culture, team achievements, customer success stories, and technology innovations.
• Guide team members during filming to ensure content looks professional and natural.

3. Showcase Our AI & ERP Solutions

• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand SmartB's technology.
• Create product demonstrations, screen recordings, tutorials, and explainer videos.
• Highlight how AI and ERP can solve real business problems.
• Develop engaging content around AI developments, business automation, and digital transformation.

4. Stay Ahead of Social Media Trends

• Continuously research emerging social media trends, viral content formats, and creative techniques.
• Proactively suggest fresh content ideas without waiting for instructions.
• Experiment with storytelling styles, editing techniques, and new platforms.
• Use AI tools to improve the speed and quality of content production.

5. Own the Content Marketing Process

• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Manage content from ideation, planning, filming, editing, and publishing.
• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely content production.
• Track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support SmartB's brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead-generation objectives.
