Job Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce engaging video and film content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative images, graphics, promotional materials, advertisements, and marketing content.
• Manage and create content for platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.
• Support the planning and execution of social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Adapt content and creative materials according to different platforms, audiences, and brand requirements.
• Support brand development and brand awareness initiatives across all digital channels.
• Assist with website content and development, ensuring content is visually engaging, relevant, and aligned with the company's brand.
• Have a basic understanding of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and how content can improve online visibility.
• Monitor social media analytics, engagement, trends, and algorithms to identify opportunities for improved reach and performance.
• Keep up to date with current social media trends, content formats, editing styles, and digital marketing practices.
• Work closely with the management and relevant teams across Aroona, Huddl, and Scoop to understand content requirements and deliver materials within agreed timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Digital Marketing, Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Junior candidates with relevant internship, freelance, academic, or portfolio experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic to intermediate skills in video editing, photography, graphic design, and content creation.
• Familiarity with video editing and creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent software.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics, and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with new content ideas and formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requirements for different brands.
• A portfolio of video, social media, graphic, or other creative work will be an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
