Job Duties

- Identify customer enquiries, log & work with internal teams for problem solving

- Ensuring quick resolution and communication with clients

- Provide product quotation and maintain database in daily

- Provide training session to our existing/non-existing clients

- Manage the relationship with the existing clients

- Prepare reports and collaborate with sales team

Requirements

- Degree Holder

- Minimum 3 Years of working experience in Customer Service & IT field preferred

- Knowledge in basic IT is an advantage & familiar in PDF software

- Strong communication & presentation skills

- Patient, willing to learn & Self-motivated

- Immediate available is highly preferred

- Flexible Working Model

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
