Supervise daily food production and processing operations.
Assign tasks to workers and monitor their work performance.
Ensure production targets and schedules are met.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Ensure proper handling, storage and packaging of food products.
Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
Ensure workers follow workplace safety and food hygiene procedures.
Coordinate with management to resolve daily operational issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
