POSITION : ADMIN SALES

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Admin Sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be confident in handling customer enquiries, and be able to follow up with potential customers to close sales.

Training and product knowledge will be provided. The successful candidate is expected to develop effective sales strategies and build strong customer relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
• Assist in converting leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Develop and implement suitable sales approaches to improve closing rates.
• Learn the company's products and services and communicate relevant information to potential customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in sales, negotiation, follow-up and closing.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to manage leads and maintain proper sales records.
• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service or business development is an advantage.
• Willing to work from the office in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur during the initial training period.

Compensation

Income will be based on the company's sales compensation structure and applicable performance arrangements. Further details will be explained during the recruitment process.

Basic + Bonus + Commision

Pay: RM800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
