Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related fields.

Understand basic Engineering terms

At least 1 year of experience in administration and office support functions.

Proficient in spoken and written of Mandarin, English, BM.

Possess strong communication and coordination skills.

Good attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Assist in the preparation and translation of engineering documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards (English & Mandarin).

Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, for project-related documents and technical data.

Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Support the procurement process for engineering supplies and equipment, including obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.

Help manage project documentation, ensuring all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained and filed correctly.

Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth project execution and information flow.

Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring the general upkeep of the engineering department's workspace.

Perform data entry and update engineering databases and records as required.

Provide general administrative assistance to the engineering manager and team members as needed.
