We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Credit Control Assistant to join our Credit Control team on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for credit control operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate with collection agencies, and assist in preparing reports to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply

• Process Credit Notes (CN) and other related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Handle daily administrative matters involving external collection agencies.

• Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and record management.

• Prepare and update weekly and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external collection agencies to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor collection agency documentation and ensure compliance with operational requirements.

• Assist in maintaining accurate databases and administrative records.

• Perform other administrative duties and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
