Job Title: HR Executive
Duration: Perm
Location: Central - Havelock Rd
Working Days: Mon - Fri
Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Scope:
Manage recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes
Handle WPOL work pass applications, renewals, and related administration
Coordinate staff dormitory arrangements and matters
Manage employee leave administration and records
Provide general HR administrative support and assist in assigned tasks
Salary: $2550 - $3000 / month
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Familiar with WPOL system and work pass processes is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
