Job Descriptions:
System Operation & Monitoring

-Monitor performance of cooling towers, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, and water circulation systems.

-Record temperature, pressure, flow rate, and chemical dosing parameters.

-Ensure proper water treatment program (biocide, anti-scalant, corrosion inhibitor).

-Identify abnormalities and initiate corrective actions.

Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

-Execute and verify PM activities (pump alignment, bearing check, vibration, valve inspection).

-Coordinate breakdown troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Ensure contractor work follows method statement and safety requirements.

Energy & Efficiency Control

-Monitor system efficiency (Differential Temp, COP trend, pump load).

-Support energy-saving initiatives and optimization programs.

Contractor Supervision

-Oversee IFC daily work within utility rooms.

-Verify job completion quality and compliance with SOP and safety standards.

Documentation & Compliance

-Maintain logbooks and maintenance records.

-Support Safety, ISO documentation and audit requirements.

Job Requirements:

1. Certificate or Diploma in Engineering;

2. Experience more than 1 years in facility or similar role

3. Familiar with factory facility operation and system. Specifically Compressor, Air dryer, HVAC, Chilled Water and Heat Pump

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
