Content Quality Reviewer – AI Content Moderation

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Salary: Up to RM3,250
Employment Type: Contract – Yearly Renewable

We are hiring Content Quality Reviewers to review and validate content moderation decisions made by AI.

You will play an important role in ensuring AI-generated moderation outcomes are accurate, consistent and aligned with established content policies and quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Review AI-generated content moderation decisions against established policies and guidelines.

Evaluate whether AI moderation outcomes are accurate, appropriate and consistent.

Identify incorrect, inconsistent or missed AI moderation decisions.

Review text, images, videos and other user-generated content.

Validate AI classification, labelling and enforcement decisions and make corrections where required.

Identify harmful, sensitive, inappropriate or policy-violating content.

Escalate complex, ambiguous or high-risk cases.

Provide feedback and documentation on AI moderation performance and errors.

Maintain accuracy and consistency when reviewing high volumes of content.

Meet required quality, productivity and TAT targets.

Keep updated on content policies, moderation guidelines and AI review standards.

Handle sensitive content professionally and maintain confidentiality.


Who Can Apply?

Experience

6 months – 1 year experience in Content Moderation or a related field; OR

Fresh Graduates with a minimum Bachelor's Degree in ANY field are welcome!


Language – MUST HAVE

English C2 – MANDATORY
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.

Good command of Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Other Requirements

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Able to accurately interpret and apply policies.

Comfortable reviewing potentially sensitive content.

Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Must be able to start IMMEDIATELY or within 2 WEEKS.

Malaysian candidates only.


Working Schedule

5 Days Work + 2 Days Off

Off days include weekends & public holidays, depending on the assigned roster.

Morning

Afternoon

Evening

Night


9 hours per shift inclusive of 1-hour break.

Shift schedules are determined by the client according to business requirements.
