Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management is preferred.

B2B sales experience will be an added advantage.

Experience in the Pipe, Construction, Building Materials, Engineering, or related industries is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to travel for customer visits and business development activities.

Mandarin-speaking ability is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in sales are welcome to apply.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular visits, calls, and follow-ups.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market share.

Execute sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations and solutions.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for customers.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts with customers.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions when required.
