Job Description

• Assist in the hiring and recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the preparation and updating of HR documentation such as employee records, agreements, and HR-related reports.
• Contribute to the development and revision of the employee handbook and HR policies.
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new joiners.
• Assist in organizing HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities or training sessions.
• Provide general support to the HR department on ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, recruitment, and employee engagement.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Able to commit for at least 3–4 months.
