Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff to ensure efficient and timely customer service

Develop and implement service procedures and standards to maintain consistent customer experience quality

Monitor inventory levels and place orders for beverages and front-of-house supplies to maintain adequate stock

Collaborate with the management team to create and refine service protocols, ensuring they align with the restaurant's hospitality vision

Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

Provide training and mentorship to service staff, helping them to develop their customer service skills and expertise

Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery

Monitor sales trends and peak periods to prepare efficient staff schedules and control labor costs according to business needs

Oversee essential outlet documentation, ensuring all staff personal files—such as typhoid vaccinations and food handling certificates—are strictly up-to-date and compliant with local health regulations
