Job Scope:

Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach

• Assist the team in conducting outreach activities to stakeholders via phone calls, emails, and other communication platforms.

Data Management & Reporting

• Update and maintain records of communications, including call outcomes, follow-up actions and stakeholder details in designated tracking system such as Excel sheet.
• Assist in analysing outreach outcomes to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the team in preparing and maintaining reports on outreach performance, including basic analysis and recommendations to support team targets.

Resources & Collaterals

• Monitor and maintain collaterals and materials inventory to support outreach activities.

Inquiry Handling

• Respond to stakeholder inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Other support & Continuous improvement

• Draft professional emails, presentation slides, and supporting materials for stakeholder engagement and internal reporting.
• Assist in administrative and coordinating meetings, briefings, and events, ensuring smooth execution and proper documentation.
• Contribute ideas to improve outreach processes, reporting efficiency, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned to support the division’s operations and targets, which may include presentation, simple artwork designing and write up.

Requirements:

• Hold at least a Diploma or higher in any field.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good presentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Fresh graduates and current undergraduates are encouraged to apply.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
