•⁠ ⁠Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2–3 years of interior design experience preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in residential renovation, condominium projects or Airbnb design will be an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp and 3D rendering software.

•⁠ ⁠Able to produce both design presentations and technical drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of carpentry, renovation materials, lighting and construction details.

•⁠ ⁠Strong sense of space planning, colour coordination and overall design aesthetics.

•⁠ ⁠Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, contractors and suppliers.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible, organized and able to manage several projects simultaneously.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently while also collaborating with the project team.

•⁠ ⁠Possess own transport and be willing to travel to project sites when required.

•⁠ ⁠Develop creative and practical interior design concepts based on clients’ requirements and budgets.

•⁠ ⁠Handle space planning, furniture layouts, mood boards, colour schemes and material selections.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations/renderings and detailed construction drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Meet with clients to understand their requirements and present design concepts and proposals.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct site measurements and site visits.

•⁠ ⁠Design residential properties including condominiums, apartments and Airbnb units.

•⁠ ⁠Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture and built-in carpentry.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with contractors, carpenters, suppliers and the site team to ensure designs are properly executed.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate and resolve design-related issues during renovation works.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor site progress and ensure workmanship follows the approved design.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with material specifications, quantity requirements and quotations when necessary.

•⁠ ⁠Manage multiple projects and ensure drawings and design work are completed according to schedule.

•⁠ ⁠Keep updated with the latest interior design trends, materials and renovation solutions.

•⁠ ⁠Perform other design and project-related duties as assigned.
