Job Summary
As the Business Development Manager for Malaysia (Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur), you will be an integral part of our growth strategy, responsible for driving business expansion and increasing Nous Academy's brand visibility in the training and consulting industry. You will focus on developing partnerships, implementing marketing campaigns, and engaging with potential clients to promote our offerings. This role also includes responsibilities under Market Readiness Assistance (MRA) to support enterprises in market expansion and readiness.
Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including in E-Commerce, to expand market presence and revenue streams
Design and execute targeted marketing and E-Commerce campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including social media marketing, to drive lead generation and learner enrollment
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and collaborative opportunities
Engage proactively with prospects to understand their needs and convert them into active clients
Drive learner enrollment by promoting Nous Academy’s training and consulting offerings effectively
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage
