The HR Clerk will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

- Able to handle full spectrum of HR
- Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
- Conduct staff orientation and exit interview for new joiners / departing employees
- Understanding of MOM Policies.
- Communicate with agents on various issues of foreign employees
- Responsible for the upkeeping and maintenance of all workers personal records
- Administration of all work passes, and all documents required for each work site.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the HR work processes, workflow, policies and procedures applicable to Singapore labor market
- Assist in general administrative duties where necessary
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Possess at least a Diploma or Degree
- Excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
