Our Client, one of the leading and reputable logistics organizations in Singapore, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Shipping Administrator.

Day Shift
Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and execute outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries.
Arrange shipment bookings and liaise with freight forwarders (FFs).
Prepare and process shipping documentation for outbound shipments.
Perform shipping transactions and maintain accurate shipment records in SAP.
Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping operations.
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve shipping-related issues.
Requirements:
Relevant shipping or logistics experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
Strong hands-on experience with SAP.
Experience in planning and executing outbound shipments.
Familiar with shipment bookings and coordination with freight forwarders.
