• Create and manage customer accounts efficiently and accurately in the system.
• Handle and attend to new enquiry/customers in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct outbound calls to inactive/prospective clients to introduce and promote our services.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate delivery solutions.
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• To undertake any other job function as assigned by superior and management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
