Job Summary
Support the training department by managing training records, verifying training information, assisting with accounts duties, and supporting audits to ensure accurate and timely processing of training applications.
Responsibilities
Assist with general accounts duties to support financial processes
Manage administrative tasks for the training department to ensure smooth operations
Verify and validate training information submitted to corporate training for accuracy and completeness
Process training applications promptly to meet deadlines
Perform housekeeping of training records by verifying completion documents and updating records accurately and timely
Support periodic internal and external audits by preparing training process documentation and records
Handle and support ad-hoc assignments as needed to assist the team
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘O’, N level or Nitec qualification
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete administrative and record-keeping tasks
Positive working attitude, trustworthy, highly motivated, meticulous, able to multitask, and willing to learn
