Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing/coordinating marketing campaigns and keeping our brand fresh and relevant in the ever-changing consumer landscape. You will work closely with other division and departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Support market trend monitoring, consumer insights gathering, and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks.
• Assist in portfolio gap identification and strategic recommendations to strengthen product and brand competitiveness.
• Coordinate and support annual marketing planning initiatives, including campaign preparation and execution support.
• Assist in maintaining brand positioning and consistency across marketing and communication touchpoints.
• Support Public Relations and Corporate Communications efforts, including media coordination, press materials, and stakeholder communications.
• Assist in crisis communication preparation and coordination where required.
• Work closely with internal departments and external partners/agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic documentation to support management discussions and marketing reviews.
• Support cross-functional branding, campaign, and communication activities under the Strategic Marketing & Communications division.
• Contribute ideas and insights that support long-term brand growth, visibility, and market presence.
Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior and/or Company.

Qualifications and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Journalism or any related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possesses analytical thinking and an interest in market trends, branding, and consumer behaviour.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, resourceful, and willing to learn with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, or creative coordination is an added advantage.
• Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Office, other relevant software and application.
• Willing to work in Alor Gajah, Melaka.
• Willing to travel and possess own transport
