Some experience in F&B or customer service preferred (experience in Japanese or fine dining is a plus).

Able to speak in English

Ability to handle orders, payments, and service duties efficiently.

Welcome customers warmly as they enter the restaurant.

Assist guests with seating and take accurate food and beverage orders.

Provide recommendations and respond to inquiries about menu items when required.

Ensure all orders are taken correctly and process payments efficiently.

Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Prepare and assemble food and beverage items according to company standards.

Ensure food quality and presentation are maintained consistently.

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in dining areas, service stations, and kitchen spaces.

Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Dispose of waste properly and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

Adhere to all food safety regulations to prevent contamination.

Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and fellow crew members to ensure smooth service operations.

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks effectively.

Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
