Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in product planning, regulatory affairs, compliance, or product administration.

Experience with Halal certification and regulatory documentation is an advantage.

Good understanding of product planning and product lifecycle management.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Halal certification processes.

Coordinate new product introductions (NPI) and product discontinuations.

Maintain product master data, including item codes, specifications, and product information.

Coordinate product launch timelines with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and suppliers.

Monitor product readiness to ensure timely availability for launch.

Support Demand & Supply Planning by ensuring accurate product information is available.

Prepare and coordinate regulatory applications, renewals, and product registrations where applicable.

Coordinate Halal certification applications, renewals, and supporting documentation.

Maintain regulatory certificates, licenses, and compliance records.

Ensure product labels, packaging, and documentation comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Monitor certificate expiry dates and coordinate timely renewals.

Liaise with suppliers to obtain product specifications, certificates, technical documents, and compliance records.

Maintain accurate product documentation and filing systems.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all product information is complete before launch.

Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
