Possess own transport and able to compose and comply with a periodic schedule of travel/visits within the designated area of coverage.

Assist the Supervisor

Track and Update reports in the share drive (if require)

Check for pending inbound and damage claim parcels, ensure investigate on those pending parcel & report to Supervisor

Follow-up with seller and stations for pending / missing parcels

Monitor operation activities through SA report & feedback

Monitor truck staggered arrival plan vs actual

Immediate attend to the problems reported on the floor

Ensure Repro to process return shipment on a daily basis

Monitor FM courier's performance & productivity

Handle Department assets records uptodate

Highlight Mis-Scan

Highlight wrongdoing caught in the operation
