Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, timelines and deliverables.
• Follow up with internal departments, suppliers, contractors and customers on project matters.
• Assist the project team in preparing project schedules, status updates and progress reports.
• Monitor project requirements and ensure tasks are followed up in a timely manner.
• Assist in identifying and resolving project-related issues.

Costing & Quotation

• Prepare project costing based on materials, manpower, subcontracting, transportation and other related costs.
• Prepare quotations and cost breakdowns for projects.
• Obtain and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations.
• Maintain costing records and update pricing information.
• Assist in monitoring actual project costs against estimated costs.

Documentation & Administrative Support

• Prepare and maintain documentation, records and reports.
• Ensure documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
• Assist with document submission and follow-up with customers, suppliers and relevant parties.
• Perform other administrative/project support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, costing, administration, or a related role.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with different departments and external parties.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
