Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Previous experience in cashier, finance, administration or store operations. Retail or F&B experience is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with the store team, Head Office and suppliers.
  • Familiar with basic office software and Excel, with basic knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • Proactive, flexible and able to adapt to a fast-paced store environment.

Tanggungjawab

  • Handle daily cashier and finance-related tasks, including cash handling, payments, collections and basic reconciliation.
  • Support daily administrative work, including document management and internal coordination.
  • Assist with store recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangements and onboarding coordination.
  • Support part of the supply chain coordination, including orders, materials, supplier communication and follow-up.
  • Provide other operational support to the Store Manager and Head Office when required.
