Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects across the local construction industry.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain the company's quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) policies, procedures and systems.
Oversee quality management across multiple building construction projects to ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality audits and inspections to assess compliance with company standards and project requirements.
Work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
Review project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements and other quality documentation.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions and preventive measures to ensure timely closure.
Identify recurring quality issues and implement improvement initiatives across projects.
Ensure compliance with relevant Singapore building regulations, codes and applicable quality standards.
Provide guidance and support to project QA/QC personnel and site teams.
Prepare quality reports and present findings, trends and improvement recommendations to management.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant QA/QC experience within the construction industry, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
Experience managing quality systems and processes across multiple building construction projects.
Able to work closely with project teams and drive consistent quality standards across projects.
